1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern all use of the tq777 website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and any other services provided by tq777 (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

tq777 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on tq777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. tq777 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.

If duplicate accounts are identified, tq777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Players found to have created multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses will be considered to have engaged in fraudulent activity.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to keep that information up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. tq777 may require you to verify this information at any time by submitting supporting documentation.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tq777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tq777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify tq777 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

tq777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your tq777 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

tq777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other persons will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with tq777's Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before any withdrawal is processed.

tq777 aims to process approved GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and cut-off times. tq777 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. tq777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay or refuse withdrawals where fraud or AML concerns are identified.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on tq777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tq777 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tq777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• tq777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• tq777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on tq777 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Non-live games on tq777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios and are subject to those studios' own regulatory oversight.

tq777 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, tq777 will endeavor to restore affected players to their pre-game position. tq777's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tq777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to tq777 immediately.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the tq777 platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the tq777 platform or the experience of other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the tq777 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of tq777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tq777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the tq777 platform without prior written consent from tq777.

9 Privacy & Data

tq777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the tq777 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

tq777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tq777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond its reasonable control.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

tq777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity (as defined in tq777's dormant account policy).

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to ongoing investigations) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification procedures.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the tq777 platform shall first be submitted to tq777's customer support team for resolution.
